EASTERN PAVILION BOUTIQUE RESORT & SPA CHERATING
The Eastern Pavilion Cherating in the East Coast of Peninsula Malaysia is a first class boutique resort presented by its sister resort, the Holiday Villa Beach Resort & Spa Cherating. It is sited on 2.6 acres of prime land and is side by side with the Holiday Villa's Capital Wing fronting the South China Sea. The resort is set in a beautiful landscaped and matured garden amidst swaying coconut palms and features 12 distinctive Malaysian villas that combine the rustic and traditional Malay styled architecture with modern conveniences.
Each of the 12 villas is named after a different Malaysian state and consist of either one bedroom or two bedroom and a living room. You can feel the presence of Balinese influence as you step into the Eastern Pavilion. The villas have its own verandah that extends out to a 16ft private swimming pool cum jacuzzi set in a garden of greenery. It has all the charming appeal especially to couples on honeymoon and for holiday makers seeking for a private retreat with their loved ones or families.
ROOMS
Rooms are tastefully decorated and are well equipped with facilities and convenience in style like private bath, individually controlled air-conditioning, colour television with free in-house movies and selected satelite television programs, IDD telephone, a mini bar, in-room personal safe, tea-coffee making facilities and internet facilities for guest comfort and convenience. Bedrooms are set with ivory 'kelambu' (traditional mosquito net curtain) that hangs from a conventional four-poster wooden bed. Outside on the deck, the unobstructed view during the sunrise and sunset are simply breath-taking.

HOW TO GET THERE
Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia fly to Sultan Ahmad Shah Airport which is about 15km away from Kuantan town. The duration of the flight is 45 minutes from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and Low Cost Carrier Terminal Sepang (LCCT). From here, take a taxi to the resort which will take about 40 minutes to arrive.
If you prefer to drive, the trip from Kuala Lumpur will take about 3.5 hours.Head for Karak Highway and East Coast Highway. After the highway, drive towards Kuala Terengganu/Kemaman using the scenic Highway Route No.3 Follow the signage to Cherating and look out for the resort on your right. The resort is located about 30 minutes drive away from Kuantan, the capital city of Pahang state.
